Business Goals Year 1:
- Start Non-Profit and identify other businesses to support Service dog mission
- Establish Board of Directors to help guide forward progress and growth
- Assemble breeding partners to feed program with viable candidates for Service program
- Begin outreach, media and promotion of Non-Profit
Business Goals Year 2-3:
$1,000,0000 donations annually as Non-Profit is fully established
Expand reach of media and awareness with hiring of grant writer / media specialist
Hire dog trainers as program grows to keep pace with additional service dog candidates
Establish Intern programs to provide additional help with walking, social interactions and
outreach
Business Goals Year 4-5:
- $5,000,0000 donations annually as Non-Profit is fully established
- National Media Campaign maximizing exposure and fundraising efforts using actual
couples (dogs/recipients) - Seek remote locations to expand programs in order to have regional footprints and higher
capacity - Hire national specialists to place dogs – coordinate local support and “one on one” effort
with recipients
Socialization of puppies to include working with local Autism affiliates to identify the temperament of possible support
Hiring efforts to include Veterans and People with Disabilities
No dogs will be accepted in the program that is not started at eight weeks of age
Each new home for a Service Dog will include 1 year grooming provided by the foundation
